The happiest baby on the block!It really does break my heart to see my little bear cry...but when he does his little snorts it is REALLY cute! Grandma Wendy says, "When he starts snorting, you know you are in trouble!" :)
As you can see...he did regain his composure! Notice the little horses on his feet. He loves to make the horses move!
